History
Prior to the creation of the museum, there was the Igualada Drivers Foundation, founded in 1994 with the aim of preparing exhibits for museification. The Ros family, as the owner of the collection, which was initiated by Antonio Ros, and the person in charge of the Drivers Foundation, contacted a group of professionals who prepared the museum project. [2] The museum opened its doors on September 24, 2005 , and joined the Network of Local Museums of the Council of Deputies of Barcelona . [3]
