Boris Valerievich Koscheev (born 1983 ) is a Russian serial killer who was operating in Perm in the summer of 2013 . It is considered one of the worst maniacs in the history of Perm [1] .

Biography
Born in Perm. He was repeatedly tried for property crimes (Articles 158-168 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ). The last time he was released from prison and returned to Perm in the early summer of 2013. A week after his release, on June 13 in Motovilikhinsky district, Koshcheev killed a drinking companion, and then, in front of the murdered woman’s partner, took things worth 600 rubles from his apartment. June 24, through fraud, took possession of the property of a resident of Perm in the amount of 20 thousand rubles. Between June 29 and July 10, Koshcheev killed four women in the Motovilikhinsky and Sverdlovsk districts. Three killings involved rape. Criminals took money, cell phones, jewelry from the dead. Looted sold in the Central market. He drank the proceeds. The total damage from Koscheev’s crimes amounted to 80 thousand rubles.
On July 11, Koshcheev attacked the girl, but she managed to escape and run away, as the attention of the criminal was distracted by her dropped cell phone. On the same day, Koshcheev was detained [2] . The surviving victim identified him. The killer pleaded guilty and spoke in detail about the crimes. A forensic psychiatric examination found him sane . On December 31, 2013, the Perm Regional Court found Koshcheev guilty of killing 5 people and sentenced him to life imprisonment in a special regime colony [3] . All requests for commutation of sentence were rejected. The Supreme Court of Russia upheld the verdict. Serves his sentence in colony IK-5 Vologda nickel in the Vologda region.
