Luca Karabatić ( Serbohorv. Luka Karabatić ; born April 19, 1988 , Strasbourg ) is a French handball player of Serbo-Croatian origin, playing for the French club PSG and the French team. The younger brother of Nikola Karabatich .

Biography
Luke Karabatich was born in Strasbourg in the family of the Croatian handball player Branko Karabatich and Serb Radmila. Luke Karabatich was engaged in tennis, in 1998 he won the French championship among 10-year-olds. When Luca Karabatich was 19, he began to train in the youth team of Montpellier. In 2008, Luca Carabatich made his debut in the professional club Montpellier . In Montpellier, Luca Karabatich won the French Championship 5 times, won the French Cup 4 times, and won the French League Cup 3 times. In 2011, Luke Karabatich made his debut in the French national team.
October 2, 2012 Luca Karabatich moved to Pei d'Ex for 4,500 euros. Pay d'Ex at the end of the 2011/2012 season went to the first division. Luca Karabatich played with his brother in the first season, as a result, the team took 9th place in the French championship. After the 2012/13 season, Nikola Karabatich signed a contract with the Spanish club Barcelona . In 2015, Luke Karabatich began to play for PSG , playing in a team with his brother. At the end of the 2015/16 season, Paris Saint-Germain won the French championship. Luca Karabatich played at the World Championship 2015, where he helped France win the tournament, and also played at the European Championship 2014, where France also won the tournament.
