History
It was created in 1973 under the name “Scientific reports of higher education. Scientific Communism ” as part of the series of journals of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the USSR “ Scientific Reports of Higher Education ”. As of 1974, 6 issues were published per year, and the circulation was 15.6 thousand copies. [one]
