Biography
At the beginning of World War II he joined the Brno Municipal Theater, at first he was a stage worker, then a prompter , an extras.
Until 1985, he performed on the stages of the theaters of Brno, Hodonin , Uherske Hradiste , Ostrava , Olomouc , Prague and Zlin . He led programs on Prague Radio. The performer of numerous theatrical roles.
Since 1948, has played in more than 60 films. He had a characteristic timbre of his voice, due to which he played in the movie many roles of the elderly and grandfathers.
