Hadong

Hadong ( Vietnamese. Hà Đông ) - one of the twelve urban areas (quận) that make up Hanoi . Area - 33 square meters km, population - 136 thousand people [1] . Previously, Hadong was the capital of Hatei Province ( Vietnamese. Hà Tây ) , while in 2008 it was not included in Hanoi.

Content

Geography

Hadong District is located southwest of the center of Hanoi. In the north, it borders with the Namtil region, in the northeast - with the region of Thansuang , in the east - with the county of Thanchi , in the south - with the county of Thanoyai , in the southwest - with the counties of Thuongmi and Kuokoai , in the northwest - with the county of Hoaidik .

Several rivers flow within the area, including the large Day ( Vietnamese. Sông Đáy ) and Nue ( Vietnamese. Sông Nhuệ ) . Around Lake Vancuan ( Vietnamese. Văn Quán ) there is a recreation area, a park and a cemetery.

Administrative Division

Currently, the Hadong district includes 17 quarters (phường) - Bienziang ( Vietnamese. Biên Giang ) , Dongmai ( Vietnamese. Đồng Mai ) , Zyongnoy ( Vietnamese. Dương Nội ) , Hakau ( Vietnamese. Economics
