Kositskoye is a village in the Medynsky district of the Kaluga region of Russia , located 20 km from the city of Medyn , and 3.7 km from the village of Gusevo . It stands on the right bank of the Shani River. In various sources it was constantly "renamed".

- Grigory Andreevich Kositsky - the first known owner of Kositsky, then the wasteland Sotsevitsina .
