Member of the Second World War . From 1941 to 1946 he was in the ranks of the Soviet Army. [one]
In 1951, he graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry of Moscow State University , specializing in inorganic chemist, and later worked at the Geoha Academy of Sciences of the USSR .
In 1958 - defended his thesis
Since 1963 - a senior research fellow.
The main area of work is the analytical chemistry of actinide elements.
The works of the Palshin group have developed effective methods for the isolation of protactinium from natural raw materials and from technical products.
The author of more than 50 articles, monographs in co-authorship and has 3 copyright certificates.
