Alexander Nikolayevich Ishchenko (born July 9, 1959 , the village of Russkoye, RSFSR , USSR ) - Russian politician , lawyer. Member of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the VII convocation , member of the State Duma Committee on Natural Resources, Property and Land Relations since October 5, 2016 [1] .

Biography

In 1978 he graduated from Terek Agricultural College. After graduating from college he served in the Soviet army.

In 1992 , he graduated from the Economics Department of the Stavropol Agricultural Institute with a degree in Economics and Organization of Agriculture [2] .

Since 2000 - candidate of economic sciences , defended his thesis at the St. Petersburg Engineering and Economics Academy [3] .

He received a specialty " jurisprudence ", graduating in 2003 from the North Caucasus State Technical University.

In 2008 he defended his doctoral dissertation at the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation . Doctor of Economics [3] .

In 1980, after being demobilized from the army, he joined the machine operator, and later worked as chief engineer of a transport enterprise, where he worked until 1989.

From 1989 to 1993 he worked as a director of a construction company in the Tyumen region.

In 1993, he was appointed General Director of the North Caucasian branch of the Lukoil oil company.

From 2001 to 2003 he worked at LLC “Lukoil-Severokavkaznefteprodukt” as General Director [4] .

In December 2003, he ran for the State Duma of the 4th convocation, following the election results he was elected deputy in the St. George single-mandate constituency No. 54 [5] .

In December 2007, he ran for the State Duma of the Russian Duma of the V convocation, was elected as a deputy on the lists of the party "United Russia" [6] .

Since 2010, professor at the Institute of Service, Tourism and Design, lecturer at the Department of Economics and Enterprise Management [4] .

In March 2012, he was elected to the Stavropol Territory Duma of the V convocation in the by-election in the single-mandate constituency No. 8 [7] [8] .

In 2012 , Alexander Ishchenko was elected as a deputy of the Duma of the Stavropol Territory of the fifth convocation. He worked on an ongoing professional basis.

In September 2016, he ran for the State Duma of the VII convocation, following the election results he was elected deputy in the Nevinnomyssk single-member constituency No. 66 [9] .

He leads the working group to improve legislation in the field of exploration and subsoil use. He is a member of the State Commission for the Development of the Arctic .

Member of the United Russia party [10] .

From 2007 to 2019, during the exercise of the powers of a deputy of the State Duma of the IV, V and VII convocations, he co-authored 114 legislative initiatives and amendments to draft federal laws [11] .
