Rakhimov Saidmumin Muminovich (born June 15, 1946 in the village of Dzhorubkul, Kulyab region (now Khatlon region), Tajik SSR) is a Soviet and Tajik wrestler. World Champion 1975 in Minsk (USSR).

Biography and career
Born in the village of Dzhorubkul in the Soviet district of the Kulyab region (now in the Temurmalik district of Khatlon region ) of Tajikistan.
He graduated from the Tajik Institute of Physical Culture (1974).
Since 1974 - coach, senior coach of the Hosilot sports society, head coach of the Tajik national team in sambo.
In 1995-26.01.2004 - Chairman of the State Committee for Physical Culture and Sports under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
In 2004-2008 - President of the Judo Federation of the RT.
Master of Sports of the Tajik SSR (1971), Master of Sports of the USSR (1973).
USSR champion in sambo (1973, 1975),
Multiple champion of the Tajik SSR in sambo, judo and freestyle wrestling.
World champion in sambo in the weight category up to 100 kilograms (September 1975, Minsk).
Was married. Three children.
He died in Dushanbe.
