Brothers William Stanley “Bear” Rinehart III and Nathaniel Bryant “Bo” Rinehart grew up in Possum Kingdom, South Carolina , and later moved to Seneca , where they first began performing [1] [2] [3] . The first performance was at Furman University [4] [5] . After graduation, the brothers, together with Joe Stillwell and Seth Bolt, teamed up to record an independent album in their private studio [5] . In 2001, the brothers released their first album of 11 songs, The Feature , regardless of the big labels. In 2004, he was followed by two four-song EPs : Fire and Turnaround . This drew attention to the band of the label Lava Records , owned by the Universal Music Corporation , which signed a contract with the group in 2005 [1] [2] .
