Career
Club career
He began to play at an adult level in the Baghdad club Masafi Al-Wasat, who played in the top division of Iraq . In 2013 he moved to Baghdad Al-Quva , in its composition in the 2014/15 season he became the Iraqi vice champion, and in the 2015/16 season he became the owner of the Country Cup , also took part in the AFC Cup matches.
Team Career
Since 2011, he played for the youth (U20) team of Iraq. In its composition, in 2013 he took part in the youth world championship, but was not the main player of the team and played in only three of seven matches, not one of them played in full. The Iraqi team in this tournament was the fourth.
As part of the Iraqi Olympic team, the defender became the bronze medalist of the Asian Games in 2014 (played 4 matches) and the youth (U23) Asian Championships in 2016 (played 4 matches and scored 1 goal - in the semifinals against Japan [1] ). In 2016, he was included in the Iraqi national team to participate in the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro .
For the first time, he was called up to the Iraqi national team in November 2014 to participate in the Persian Gulf Cup 2014, but in all matches he remained a substitute. The debut match for the national team was played on August 26, 2015 against the Lebanese team , substituting for a 62nd minute match [2] .
