Biography
She was born on March 13 ( March 26 ), 1906, in the village of Nizhne-Tagilsky (now Nizhny Tagil , Sverdlovsk Region ). Graduated from USMU (1931).
In 1928-1956 a geologist, senior geologist, party leader, senior engineer in the Ural Geological Administration.
A participant in the discovery and exploration (1939-1941) of the Taiginsky deposit of flake graphite ( Chelyabinsk region ), the Kalmatsky and Kopansky deposits of acid-resistant antophyllite- asbestos (1941-1942). Director of the Geological Survey III rank.
The author of the monograph "Graphites of the Urals" (1952).
She died on January 11, 1995 in Yekaterinburg . She was buried in the Forest cemetery of Yekaterinburg.
Her name is given to a street in the village of Taiginka, in Kyshtym .
Awards and Prizes
- Stalin Prize of the third degree (1948) - for the discovery, exploration and industrial development of large deposits of high-quality graphite in the Urals
- Order of the Red Banner of Labor (1950)
- two medals “For Labor Valor” (1944, 1949)
- Discoverer of the field (1969).
