Biography
In 1965 he graduated from Staritsk Secondary School with a gold medal.
In 1970 he graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics of Moscow State University .
In 1974 he graduated from the graduate school of the Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics of Moscow State University .
Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (1993). Thesis : “On the stability of some inverse problems in the class of positive solutions” (scientific advisor A. N. Tikhonov ) [1] .
Honored Teacher of Moscow State University (2001).
He is a junior research associate (1978–1982), assistant (1974–1975), senior lecturer (1975–1999), and an associate professor in the department of mathematical physics (since 1999).
Academic Secretary of the Academic Council of the Faculty of the CMC of the Moscow State University (since 1999), Deputy Dean of the Faculty of the CMC of the Moscow State University on general issues (since 2009).
Research Interests
Inverse problems of mathematical physics ; history of domestic applied mathematics .
He proved the stability of problems like inverse heat conduction in the class of positive solutions.
Teaching activity
Evgeny Grigoriev gives lecture courses “Mathematical Analysis”, “Theory of Functions of a Complex Variable”, “Complex Analysis”. At the Faculty of the Moscow University of Moscow State University, he conducts seminars on mathematical analysis and the theory of functions of a complex variable.
