Bavykino is a village in the Chekhov district of the Moscow region , within the municipality is the rural settlement of Barantsevskoye (until November 29, 2006 it was part of the Barantsevsky rural district ) [2] [3] , the village is connected by bus with the district center and neighboring settlements [4] .

Geography
Bavykino is located about 10 km southeast of Chekhov , on the left bank of the Lopasnya river [7] , the height of the village center above sea level is 166 m [8] . For 2016 in Bavykino registered 1 street - Autumn and 5 garden associations [9] .
