The album received positive reviews from music critics and online publications: Allmusic [1] , Slant Magazine , Pitchfork Media [7] . On June 14, 2012, the album was included in the longlist of nominations for the 2012 Canadian Music Award Polaris Music Prize , and later included in the shortlist of the 10 best nominees on July 17 [11] .
