Career
Club career
He began to play football in the Ramadi and Al-Qahrab teams. In 2011, he moved to Al-Short and won two championship titles in its 2012/13 and 2013/14 seasons. In 2015, he left Al-Shorta and played for Zakho and Al-Talaba , as part of the latter he became a bronze medalist in the 2015/16 season.
Team Career
As part of the youth team, he became the silver medalist of the Asian Championship (U19) in 2012, played in six games in which he missed three goals. He also took part in the 2013 World Youth Championship , where he played in all seven matches, and the Iraqi team became the fourth. As part of the Olympic (U23) team, he participated in the 2014 Asian Games, played in all seven matches and became a bronze medalist.
In the national team of Iraq was called up as a reserve goalkeeper since 2012. The debut match was played on October 8, 2013 against Lebanon , replaced on the 46th (according to other sources on the 76th minute) instead of Nur Sabri [1] . In 2015, he participated in the Asian Cup , where he played in only one match - the game for third place against the UAE , lost 2: 3 [2] .
