Biography
In 1970 he graduated from the Tomsk Institute of Radio Electronics and Electronic Engineering , in 1991 - from the Academy of National Economy under the USSR Council of Ministers .
Since 1973, he worked at Altai NPO (later FSUE Altai Federal Research and Production Center): engineer, head of laboratory, head of design department, director of a pilot plant, chief engineer, and first deputy in the early 90's. Director General, since 1997 - General Director of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise Federal Scientific and Practical Center Altai .
He was chairman of the board of the association of employers "Union of Industrialists of Altai Territory
Under his leadership, more than 300 types of new products have been created that are competitive in the domestic and foreign markets, and more than 30 basic technologies for the production of these products, a number of them have been introduced in almost all special chemical plants. Under his leadership, the latest models of special strategic equipment developed by the Russian Army were developed.
He was the supervisor and organizer of a large series of conversion activities in the field of nanomaterials, gas generators, catalysts, the synthesis of substances of drugs, new structural and heat-insulating materials, and others. Under his leadership, the only production of high-explosive explosives in Russia was created and launched that meets the needs of the country's entire coal industry.
Co-author of more than 200 scientific papers, including 4 monographs and one textbook. Has 31 copyright certificates for inventions. He took part as a co-author in the creation of 77 inventions of the Russian Federation.
