Content
Story
Events unfold during the years of the Civil War . The workers of the locomotive depot, which is located on the territory occupied by whites, send three delegates to the first congress of the Komsomol in Moscow: Fedor (E. Bredun), Nastya (T. Loginova) and Mitya (A. Demyanenko). To go to Moscow 1,500 km mainly in the territory occupied by whites. On the way, Fedor is arrested by the White Guards, but with the help of friends, as well as a street child and prostitute Marie (E. Lezdey), he manages to escape. Marie and the homeless join the delegates, and Marie saves everyone else at the cost of her life. Only Fedor and a homeless get to Moscow, Mitya and Nastya are killed by whites . Fedor speaks at the congress and makes a fiery speech, swearing allegiance to the Bolshevik party.
