Fedor Zinovievich Rvantsev (October 2, 1902 - September 1967, Moscow ) - Soviet party and economic leader. Member of the Supreme Council of the USSR I convocation [1] .

Biography
Born in the village of Flor of the Vladimir province (the village of Florish, Kolchuginsky district, Ivanovo region). October 2, 1902. From 1919 to 1921 he served in the military service in the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Army.
From 1922 to 1924 he worked in the Komsomol in the Kolchuga district (Ivanovo-Voznesenskaya province).
In 1925 he served in the OGPU . Until 1929 he was chairman of the trade union committee of the factory named after F.E. Dzerzhinsky . He studied at the Moscow Institute of Non-Ferrous Metals and Gold from 1929 to 1934.
March 23, 1941 was elected to the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the I convocation [1] . At the same time, he worked as 1st Secretary of the East Kazakhstan Regional Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Kazakhstan [2] until 1944.
In 1944, he was appointed 1st Secretary of the Enakievo City Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Ukraine ( Stalin Region ).
In 1948 he became deputy director of the Enakievo cement plant.
In 1951 - Director of the Pervomaisk Cement Plant in the Krasnodar Territory.
He died in September 1967 in Moscow.
