Two names of the Kostyurins are included in the Armorial:

  1. The offspring of Ivan Kostyur, who was established by land salary in 1629 (coat of arms. Part IX. No. 75).
  2. The offspring of Mikhail Kostyurin, whose son, Grigory Mikhailovich, was granted diplomas in 1686 (Coat of Arms. Part VI. No. 122) [1] .

Ivan Vasilyevich Kastyurin Diak (1629), and then granted to Moscow nobles. Ivan Ivanovich Kastyurin was General-in- Chief , Chief Commandant in St. Petersburg and a senator (1765). This kind of Kastyurins is included in Part VI of the genealogy book of the Yaroslavl province .

Kondraty Semenovich Kastyurin served with distinction in the Polish War (1654). His offspring is listed in Part VI of the genealogy book of the Pskov province . ( Armorial , IX, 75).

Another kind of Kastyurins, introduced in part VI of the genealogical book of the Novgorod province ; dates back to the end of the seventeenth century ( Gerbovnik , VI, 122), and two of the Kastyurins are of later origin.

Coat of arms of the Kostyurins 1785

In the Armorial of Anisim Titovich Knyazev of 1785 there is an image of a seal with the coat of arms of the general-lieutenant, St. Petersburg Chief Commandant (1763) Ivan Ivanovich Kostyurin: a green tree growing out of the ground is depicted and a gray bird flies to the left. The shield is crowned with a crowned noble helmet with neck lace . Crest missing. The color scale of the hatch is not defined. Around the shield are two order ribbons with two order crosses [2] .

Armorial, VI, 122

In the shield, divided perpendicularly into two, in the right golden field there is a red fortress with three towers (the Polish arms of Grzhimala ). In the left blue field, visible on the right side, extending to half a silver lion . The shield is crowned with an ordinary noble helmet with a noble crown and ostrich feathers on it. The mark on the shield is blue, enclosed with silver.

Armorial, IX, 75

In the upper half of the shield, divided diagonally to the lower right corner into 2 fields, blue and red, a white eagle flying to the left is depicted. In the lower half, in a silver field, there is an oak tree. The shield is crowned with a helmet with a noble crown on it with ostrich feathers. The mark on the shield is blue and red, underlayed by silver.
