Gzhelka - a river in the Moscow region , the left tributary of the Moscow River , flows along the western edge of the Meshchera lowland . On the river there are villages included in the rural settlement of Gzhelskoye : Kosherovo, Obukhovo , Troshkovo and the village of Gzhel .

Hydrology
The length is about 30 km [2] . Flat type. The food is mostly snow. Gzhelka freezes in November - early December, opens in late March - April.
Attractions
The river has been significantly affected by human activities. The upper reaches of Gzhelka remain intact. The middle course has been turned into a cascade of large ponds of the Gzhelka fish farm. Next to the Gzhel station, in the place of long-cut pine forests, there is a continuous strip of settlements where famous Gzhel ceramics are made. In the lower reaches, the river is straightened by a channel; along the banks are the agricultural land of the Ramensky state farm.
