Content
Biography
From a Jewish family. Studied at the law faculty. He worked as a journalist and film critic. He began his film career at the Prague documentary studio. During the years of fascist occupation, he worked in Great Britain. Often filmed a Czech literary classic. He was a universal worker, combining almost all film professions. Recent years spent in exile.
