Popovka is a village in the Chekhov district of the Moscow region , within the municipality is the rural settlement of Stremilovskoye (until February 28, 2005 it was part of the Stremilovskiy rural district ) [2] [3] .

Geography

Popovka is located about 8 km [6] south of Chekhov , on the left bank of the Sukhaya Lopasnya river (the right tributary of Lopasni ) [7] , the height of the village center above sea level is 176 m [8] . For 2016, 7 streets, 1 garden partnership and 1 ZhSPK [9] were registered in Popovka.
