Shakhtersky is a microdistrict of the city of Donskoy in the Tula region , Russia .

The township Shakhtyorskiy was founded in 1954 at mines No. 42, No. 45 and No. 46 of the Don region of the Moscow region , in 1957-1963 it was part of the Don region of the Tula region, and since 1963 it was administratively subordinated to the city of Don. In 2005, it entered the city of Donskoy.
In Soviet times, Shakhtyorskoye had a shoe factory [1] . Since 1960, a correctional colony has been operating in the microdistrict, now FKU “IK No. 5 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia . [2]
