Biography

Born July 15, 1930 in a peasant family in the village of Shmatkovo, Kobelyatsky district, Poltava region. In 1947, she began her career as a laborer on the Progress collective farm in the Kobelyatsky district. Then she worked as a milling machine operator at the Pravda newspaper carriage plant in the city of Dneprodzerzhinsk (1949-1953), as a piggie of the Kustolovsky collective farm in the Novosanzharsky district (1953-1956), and as a piggy in the farm of the forced labor camp in the Novosanzharsky district (1956-1957).

Since 1958 she worked as a pig in the collective farm "Kozelschinsky" Kremenchug district. In 1966, she was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor "for the successes achieved in the development of animal husbandry, an increase in the production and procurement of meat and other products . "

She was elected a delegate to the XXIV Congress of the CPSU and the XXIII Congress of the Communist Party.

In 1985 she retired. She lived in the village of Kozelshchina, where she died in 2000.
