Biography
Karel Kudrna was born on May 13, 1924 in Sudomerezhitsy. In 1945 he entered the Prague Polytechnic Institute, which he graduated in 1950. Being a graduate of the Prague Polytechnic Institute, he was sent to practice at the Prague Agricultural Institute, where he successfully established himself in 1949, one year before graduation he was left to work, where until 1954 he was a scientist, from 1954 to 1960 he headed the department of agricultural engineering and agrometeorology. In 1960 he was elected rector, he held this position until 1966. In 1971 he entered politics - occupies the post of Deputy Minister of Education of Czechoslovakia and works until 1974.
Scientific Works
The main scientific works are devoted to agroforestry and agrometeorology. The author of textbooks on soil science and agglomeration.
