Murat, Yusuke

As a mangaka, Murata made his debut in 1995 by publishing the Partner's one-shot mansha in the special issue of Weekly Shonen Jump magazine by Shueisha , for which he received the Hop Step Award. ^{[1] [2]} In June 1998, Murata published the Samui Hanashi manga in the same magazine, receiving the Akatsuki Prize for it ^{[2] [3]} .

He was best known for the manga Eyeshield 21 , released in collaboration with the writer Riichiro Inagaki, which was published in the Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine from July 2002 to June 2009, and an anime series was later released on it. Murata also illustrated One’s One-Punch Man manga by One , which has been published in the Weekly Young Jump magazine online since June 2012.
