The song was released on July 14, 2016 as the lead single for the singer’s ninth studio album [2] . Written by Britney Spears, Joe Janiak, G-Eazy and Matthew Burns, also a track producer, the song was released by RCA Records on July 14, 2016. [3] Lyrically, “Make Me ...” speaks of the demand for sexual satisfaction. Music critics welcomed the sexual atmosphere of the track and Spears' smooth vocals, sounding better in comparison with the latest releases of the singer.
