History
Certificate to the badge "Drummer of the Stalin's draft" 1935.
It was established by the Decree of the Central Executive Committee of the USSR dated 04/23/1934. The Design of the Sign was developed by artists V.O. Elsky and E.I.Zon. Awarding the Stalinist Drummer badge was carried out on the basis of the relevant Order. Together with the badge, a certificate of the established form was handed in a hard cover of red or red-brown color. The presentation of the Badge was terminated by Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of September 16, 1957. Between 1934 and 1957, about 500,000 badges were awarded.
