History
CHERNOVATKINO (MILL) - the village of the Krivonavolotsky society, Pashekozhelsky parish.

Number of residents according to family lists in 1879: 26 pm, 14; P.; according to the parish information of 1879: 23 pm, 17; p. [2] .
At the end of the 19th century, the village belonged to the Novinskaya volost of the 2nd camp, at the beginning of the 20th century - to the Novinskaya volost of the 1st district of the 1st camp of the Tikhvin district of the Novgorod province .

The village is located on the left bank of the Pasha River at the confluence of the Pinega River .
