Borki ( Belor. Borkі ) is a village in the Butler's Village Council of the Dyatlovsky District of the Grodno Region of Belarus . According to the 2009 census , 62 people lived in Borki [2] .

Etymology
The name of the village is formed from the root “ pine forest ” - a pine forest [3] .
Geography
Borki is located 30 km southeast of Dyatlovo , 177 km from Grodno , 9 km from the railway station Vygoda [3] .
History
In 1886, Borki was a manor in the Rogotnensky volost of the Slonim district of the Grodno province ( distillery , water mill ) [3] .
According to the 1897 census, Borki is a village of the same volost, county and province (29 houses, 234 inhabitants, there was a manor nearby) [3] . In 1905, the population of the village was 235 inhabitants, the estate - 24 residents [3] .
In 1921-1939, Borki was part of the interwar Polish Republic . In 1923, there were 49 households in Borki, 293 people lived [3] . In September 1939, Borki became part of the BSSR .
In 1996, Borki was part of the Rogotnovsky village council and the Rogotno state farm . There were 69 households in the village, 145 people lived [3] .
In 2013, the village was transferred from the abolished Rogotnovsky to the Palace Village Council [4] .
