Story
Seventeen-year-old Ed Wallis moves to another city and enters school. And immediately receives the first task - "to find an elderly person, talk with him and write about this essay." Ed decides to write about his new neighbor, a former killer, who decided to deal with former bosses and who has only a few months left to live.

In June 2014, the names of the actors who joined the cast became known [4] . June 27, 2014 it became known that Michael Lehner, Kevin Dunn and Zachary Knight joined the cast [5] .
Shooting
Filming began on June 22, 2014 in Charlotte , North Carolina and continued for 5 weeks [6] . On June 23, the cast was spotted in Matthews, North Carolina. [7]

In October 2014, Alec Puro was hired to write music for the film [8] .
Criticism
The film received mixed reviews from film critics. On the Rotten Tomatoes website , the film has a rating of 53% based on 19 reviews with an average score of 5.6 out of 10 [9] . On the Metacritic website , the film has a rating of 46 out of 100 based on 8 reviews from critics, which corresponds to the status of “mixed or average reviews” [10] .
