White Night Swing is the oldest jazz festival held in St. Petersburg annually in the summer of 1994. It has international status. The festival is held by the State Philharmonic of Jazz Music in conjunction with the Committee on Culture of the Government of St. Petersburg [1] [2] [3] [4] .

The musical director of the festival and its founder is People's Artist of Russia David Goloshchekin . Traditionally, the host of the festival is Russian jazz historian and musicologist Vladimir Fejertag .
“White Night Swing” lasts 3 days. The opening of the festival and the first two days of the concert program are held at the Philharmonic of Jazz Music. The third closing day is held in open-air format in the city center on the Arts Square near the Russian Museum .
The best domestic and foreign jazz players from Europe and the USA perform at the festival.
