The qualifying tournament for the UEFA European Under-18 Championship 1994 was held from August 16, 1993 to May 15, 1994. It was attended by 40 national teams that fought for 7 tickets to the final tournament. In the preliminary round, the teams were divided into 14 groups. The winners of the groups advanced to the next round, where in the two-match confrontations they revealed the participants of the final tournament. Spain automatically made it to the final as a host.
