The qualifying tournament for the UEFA European Under-18 Championship 1995 was held from September 7, 1994 to May 20, 1995. It was attended by 44 teams that fought for 7 tickets to the final tournament. In the preliminary round, the teams were divided into 15 groups. The winners of the groups advanced to the next round, where in the two-match confrontations they revealed the participants of the final tournament. Greece automatically got into the final part as a host.
