Incor Group - Investment and construction holding. It was founded in Odessa in 1997 by Ruslan Tarpan . For twenty years, the holding has been the general contractor for the implementation of municipal, state infrastructure, social and restoration projects in Odessa [1] .

The holding unites a number of specialized industry companies:
- Construction and restoration company Restorer-1946: comprehensive restoration of architectural monuments in Odessa since 1946. A company with half a century of experience allows complex restoration work to be carried out [2] .
- development: construction, management of residential, commercial, hotel real estate [3] .
- engineering company: design, equipment supply, installation of a complex of engineering networks - air conditioning, ventilation, energy and water supply, heating;
- Hydrotechnical company: a set of works on the construction and reconstruction of water supply, irrigation, water treatment facilities; shore protection constructions, construction of water tanks, water treatment and purification systems, dredging and excavation works, water disposal systems using deep-water release technology [4] .
