Ricky Skaggs ( English Ricky Skaggs, Rickie Lee "Ricky" Skaggs ) - American country - and bluegrass musician, performer, composer, producer. Winner of many awards, including Grammy Awards , CMA Awards , ACM Awards , IBMA Awards . Member of Grand Ole Opry (1982) and dedicated to the Country Hall of Fame (2018) [4] [5] .

Skaggs began as a bluegrass musician, then in the 1980s he became one of the founders of neo-traditionalism , and in 1996 he returned to bluegrass. He performed and recorded with his Kentucky Thunder ensemble. He also organized his own record company, The Skaggs Family Records, one of the most famous bluegrass musicians.
