Located on the left bank of the river. Topkacha, 3.5 km south-west of the village of Middle Poltavka .

History
Founded in 1927 by immigrants from the Altai Territory. Named for the Slavgorod colony Blumenort . Mennonite community. in 1931, the collective farm "Signal" was organized. The center of the village council of the same name since 1929. The entire population was deported on November 15-16, 1941 [1] .
