Choi Mu Bae ( cor. 최무배 ; June 27, 1970 , Busan ) is a Korean fighter of mixed style , a representative of the heavy weight category. He has been performing professionally since 2004, he is known for participating in tournaments of such fighting organizations as Pride , Hero's , Pancrase , World Victory Road , Road FC. He was also a fairly successful fighter , was part of the main team of the South Korean Greco-Roman wrestling team, a bronze medalist of the Asian Championship.

Biography
Choi Mu Bae was born on June 27, 1970 in Busan . In his youth, he was quite successful in wrestling, he was part of the South Korean national team in Greco-Roman wrestling. The highest success in this discipline was achieved in the 1991 season, when he attended the Asian Championships in Tehran and brought back the bronze dignity award won in the heavy weight category.
In 2004, Mu Bae made his professional debut in mixed martial arts, signing a contract with one of the largest fighting organizations in the world Pride Fighting Championships . He won four victories here, including taking the upper hand over such famous fighters as Yoshihisa Yamamoto , Soa Palelei and Giant Silva . In February 2005, he met with Russian Sergei Kharitonov and suffered his first loss in his career, was knocked out in the first round.
Chu Mu Bae linked his further career in MMA with such major Japanese promotions as Hero's , Pancrase , World Victory Road - he performed here with alternating success: he knocked out a strong Canadian fighter Gary Goodridge , took over several less well-known rivals. In 2015, he spent four fights in the Asian organization Road FC, won two fights, but then twice lost to Samoan kickboxer Mighty Mo. He has twelve victories and six defeats on the track record [1] [2] [3] .
