Football career

The 18-year-old Herrera’s football career began on the local Sabadell team, mainly serving in La Liga 2 . From there, two seasons later, Paco went to Sporting Gijon , a La Liga club. Later he played for Levant and Badajoz . In the last club 32-year-old football player and finished his playing career.

Coaching career

“ Badajoz ” Paco does not leave, but moves to the position of coach of the youth team, later he became an assistant coach of the main team. Then Herrera headed several other Spanish clubs: Numancia , Merida , Albacete , Polideportivo and Recreativo . In 2004, Rafael Benitez invited Paco to Liverpool as the club's main scout.
