KTP (control technical point) - point of the account, survey, control of cars leaving behind the protected territory and returning on it. Designed for the passage or release of cars from the fleet with their subsequent registration of mileage, fuel consumption , route [1] .
At the KTP, the person in charge (the watchman, the officer on duty, the head of the KTP) checks that the driver has a certificate for the right to drive a vehicle, the absence of unclaimed (prohibited) cargo or unaccounted passengers, waybills and other documentation. If deviations are detected, the vehicle is delayed, an entry is made in the logbook with a report to the superior [2] .
The control and technical center is organized at engine yards, garages, motor transport enterprises and other places of equipment storage [2] .
The point can be equipped with a viewing pit, a barrier or an entrance gate, a test platform [1] .
