Chizhov, Sergey Viktorovich

He was born in the family of a soldier when his father was studying at the Academy named after prof. NOT. Zhukovsky in Moscow. From 1975 to the present, Sergey Viktorovich lives and works in Voronezh. In 1979 he graduated from high school number 19 of the city of Voronezh.

In 1982 in SSPTU No. 14 of Voronezh, he mastered the specialty “Bulldozer driver, grader of the 5th category”.

In 1997, he founded the Voronezh Economic Development Association “Megapolis”, which in 2003 was renamed the Association “Chizhov Gallery”.

Since 1997 - deputy of the Voronezh Municipal Council.

In December 2001 he was elected to the Voronezh Regional Duma .

Since September 2002, he has been a member of the United Russia political party.

In October 2003, at the initiative of Sergei Chizhov, a non-profit charitable foundation was opened.

2003 - 2007 - Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the fourth convocation.

Head of the section on budget, taxes and financial markets of the advisory council of the United Russia faction in the State Duma

On September 18, 2016, he was elected a deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation of the VII convocation in the 88 Right-Bank single-mandate electoral district, Voronezh Region (nominated from the United Russia party). ^[1] Member of the Committee on Budget and Taxes, Chairman of the Subcommittee on Customs and Tariff Regulation. Since 2018 - Deputy Head of the Interregional Coordination Council of the Central Federal District of the United Russia party.
