Bayanaul Cave

Bayanaul cave in the Pavlodar region , in the mountains of Akkaragai , 17 km north-east of the village of Bayanaul . Locals call it “Aulietas” or “Konyrauliye”. It is formed by crystalline rocks of granitoids as a result of tectonic processes and weathering. Length 30 m, width 2.5 m, height 1.8-2 m. The entrance to the cave is wider, narrowing as it deepens. In the depths are small salt lakes. Water has healing properties.
