Biography
A member of the CPSU (b) since 1931. He studied at the Moscow Industrial Academy, in 1952 he graduated from the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the CPSU (b).
- 1929-1937 - in union work,
- 1937 - Deputy Chairman of the Stalingrad Regional Council of Trade Unions,
- 1937-1938 - Head of the Astrakhan district health department,
- 1938-1940 - Deputy Chairman of the Astrybkolkhozsoyuz,
- 1941-1944 - Deputy Secretary of the Astrakhan district committee of the CPSU (b) for the fishing and food industries,
- 1947-1949 - Secretary of the Astrakhan Regional Committee of the CPSU (b) for personnel,
- 1952-1953 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Astrakhan Regional Council,
- 1953-1963 - Second Secretary of the Astrakhan Regional Committee of the CPSU,
- 1963-1964 - Deputy Chairman of the CHX of the Astrakhan Economic Administrative Region,
- 1964-1977 - Head of the Main Department of Fisheries of the Caspian Basin
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR IV and V convocations, a deputy of the Astrakhan Regional Council of Deputies (1963-1977), a delegate to the XIX, XXIII, XXIV Congresses of the CPSU.
