Yakut Fuel and Energy Company

The history of the company begins with the development of the Ust-Vilyuisk field . In 1963, the construction of a field gas distribution station (PGRS) and the Taas-Tumus-Yakutsk gas pipeline began. In 1967 the Taas-Tumus -Yakutsk-Pokrovsk gas pipeline was built, the first gas pipeline in permafrost . In the same year, the Yakut gas field control was formed at the Tyumengazprom production association. In 1968, the first gas was supplied to Yakutsk from the Ust-Vilyuisk field, gasification of the republic began. In 1973, the Mastakha gas condensate field was commissioned. The following year, the Yakutgazprom Production Association of the USSR Ministry of Gas Industry is created. In 1975, the main complex gas treatment unit of Mastakhsky GKM was commissioned with a capacity of 3 million cubic meters of gas per day.

YATEK owns ^[1] licenses for industrial development of the Srednevilyuisky and Mastakhsky gas-condensate fields, geological exploration, exploration and production of the Mirny and Tolonsky hydrocarbon sections, as well as geological studies for the purpose of prospecting and evaluating deposits within the Tymtayda section of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) .

According to the company, reserves of natural gas categories C1 and C2 are estimated at 203 billion cubic meters, oil and gas condensate - 14 million tons ^[2] .

The annual production is 1.6 billion cubic meters of gas and 85 thousand tons of gas condensate ^[3] .
