Leszek Pavel Slupetskiy ( Polish Leszek Paweł Słupecki ; born 1956 [1] ) is a Polish historian specializing in the history and archeology of the Middle Ages and the history of paganism , especially Scandinavian ; teacher. [2]

Biography
Born in 1956. He graduated in history. In 1990, at the Institute of the History of Material Culture (now the Institute of Archeology and Ethnology) of the Polish Academy of Sciences, he received a doctorate in humanities in history from the specialty " Archival Studies " based on his workOrganizacja przestrzeni sakralnej u Słowian zachodnich w okresie wczesnego średniowiecza przed przyjęciem chrześcijaństwa , led by Professor . He was professionally connected initially with the Institute of Archeology and Ethnology of the Academy of Sciences, where he received all degrees, and then with the Institute of History at the Faculty of Humanities of the Academy of Podlaska, transformed into the . [5] He is currently an ordinary professor and head of the Department of Medieval History and Nordic Studies at Rzeszow University [6] .
