The incident with the Boeing 777 in Singapore - an accident that occurred on June 27, 2016 . The Singapore Airlines airliner, a Boeing 777-312ER , operated a SQ368 flight on the Singapore – Milan route, but a few hours after taking off from the No. 2 (right-hand) engine, a fuel leak began. The crew turned the plane and landed it at Changi airport , the engine caught fire during landing. The evacuation of all 222 passengers and 19 crew members was successful, after which the fire engulfed the entire right wing with the engine. The fire was quickly localized. The incident was without human victims.

Airplane
Boeing 777-312ER (registration number 9V-SWB, factory 33377, serial 592) was released in 2006 (made the first flight on November 5). November 29 of the same year was transferred to Singapore Airlines . Equipped with two engines General Electric GE90-115B [1] [2] .
Chronology of events
At 6:25 the FAC of the aircraft noticed that the first fuel tank had 1.5 tons of fuel every 1.5 seconds. As a result, after 3 seconds, they no longer had 47.3, but 47.1 tons of fuel. At 6:17 the crew began to turn the car. At 6:38:29 the plane did not work the reverse of the right engine. At 6:38:33 the aircraft caught fire 2nd engine. And at 6:39:01 the plane stopped, but not only the second engine was already burning, but the entire right wing was already burning. All passengers were evacuated and taken to the medical center for inspection, for example: burns. The fire is extinguished.
