Dubna (Chekhov district)

Dubna is a village in the Chekhov district of the Moscow region , the center of the municipality is the rural settlement of Stremilovskoye (until February 28, 2005, the center of the Stremylovskiy rural district ) [2] [3] .

Geography

Dubna is located about 9 km west of Chekhov , at the source of nameless creeks in the Nikagel River Basin (right tributary of Lopasni ) [6] , the height of the center of the village above sea level is 179 m [7] . For 2016 in Dubna 1 street - Dachnaya and 3 gardening partnerships [8] .

Current State

In Dubna there is a secondary school [9] , kindergarten number 24 "Smile" [10] , post office [11] . The Vladimir Church in Dubna was founded in 1704, by 1883 a brick single-domed temple was built in the style of classicism with a bell tower. Closed in the 1930s, re-operating since 1994 [12] . In the 19th century, a stone chapel did not exist in the village [13] . The village is connected by bus to the regional center and the neighboring settlements [14] .
