History
The status and boundaries of the rural settlement are established by the Law of the Republic of Mordovia dated December 28, 2004 No. 123-Z “On Establishing the Borders of the Municipalities of the Tengushevsky District, the Municipal Formation of the Staroshaygovsky District and Granting them the Status of the Rural Settlement and the Municipal District” [3] .
In 2014, the Khlebinsky rural settlement was included in the Barashevsky rural settlement [4] .
